The Operational Challenge

In high-end residential apartments, security hardware must not look intrusive or institutional. Visible surface-mounted plastic conduits or glaring camera housings would detract from the building's luxury aesthetic. Furthermore, parking garages presented severe contrast between daylight entrance ramps and dark subterranean parking bays, causing standard cameras to produce blown-out or pitch-black video.

Our Engineering Solution

We utilized miniature flush-mounted dome cameras painted to match ceiling trim, routing all Cat6 cabling through false ceilings and vertical electrical risers. For long residential hallways, we enabled 9:16 'Corridor Format' to maximize hallway coverage without recording adjacent private doorways. For underground parking, true 120dB WDR cameras were installed to balance headlight glare and subterranean shadow areas.
